This fast and fun version of netball is played on an indoor half-sized basketball court. There are no 'out of courts' on the side lines or goal lines, and you're allowed to bounce the ball off of the walls! Other than that, usual netball rules including contact, obstruction, footwork and where you're positioned on the court apply. Players rotate positions each time they score a goal, from GS -> GK -> GD -> C -> GA -> GS and the cycle repeats. The season starts on 7th September and we are accepting team and individual entries! New to netball or coming back after a break? This is the perfect place to start. Our 6-week beginners training course kicks off Monday 7th September in Angel, running weekly on Mondays from 6:45–8pm. Across the six weeks you'll learn all the fundamentals — footwork, passing, positioning, and game basics — building your confidence on court step by step. Sessions are led by our fantastic coach, so whether you've never picked up a ball before or just want a refresher, you'll be well looked after. No experience needed.
